This is Lazuli, a Dorian Angel
 
Visiting again Earth, on a mission,
and with his powers, makes
his wings invisible,

On Earth humans get confused with his beauty and angelical voice
and tend to think he is girl, but is in fact he is an angel-boy 
He himself has a lot of trouble in choosing how to dress
because in Heaven he wears tunics, long or short skirts and
very delicate underwear, so when he gets to Earth he gets very
confused about clothes, and chooses what he thinks most be boyish
here on Earth, but usually ends dressed still girly. 

He is so beloved by his friends, ...who don't know he is not from Earth..
yes, girls cannot resist to constantly kiss him...
